About the Great Lakes Beadworkers Guild
Michigan's premier organization for the education and promotion of beadwork
The GLBG is a place where the art of beadwork is celebrated and cherished. Established in 1992 by Page Kaczynski in Royal Oak, Michigan. we are a non-profit organization of about 300 members in the Metro Detroit area. We convene regularly at various meetings, workshops, and classes to learn more about all aspects of beadwork. The Guild will promote and encourage interest in beadworking and related fields through social and educational programs available to its members and the general public.

The objectives of the Guild shall include: offering educational and social programs for people interested in beadworking, and publication and distribution of a newsletter to provide networking for Guild members.
